For the love of Bob Marley…

This is a real picture. And a true story 🙂

As an apple non-user the first time I used iTunes, it irritated me to sync and resync. However, while I was testing it out, the only songs that eventually got onto the iPod were Bob Marley. And the zillion years post that, I forgot about it.

I hadn’t Bob Marley’d in a while, when my regular train-to-office rickshaw-wallah showed up offering much support. You think he knows who he’s carrying on his back? 🙂

However, I can’t seem to place my favourite Bob Marley song. Probably I got over it. I hate it when that happens to songs.

But then wait, perhaps, I like his version of love.

Wise men say, only fools rush in…
Shall I stay? Would it be a sin?
But I can’t help falling in love with you

PS: I *still* want to get the Apple (iPad)

  1. @ Tanvi- hehe suddenly I am seeing ‘getting over a song’ in bright light too 😉

@ Y- We once did a parody for “No woman no cry” to market an iPhone in Rome. I know, bizarre right? 😉

  2. 😀 ignorance in such cases must be bliss 🙂 specially when you don’t have to pretend to ‘like’ or ‘worship’ who you are wearing 😉

it’s strangely, no woman no cry for me, a friend made it really famous in our circle :-/

I forget songs too, but I try a lot to keep them in my memory. I am not sure as Tanvii said, if I can get over so quickly 😉

  3. Haha! I too wonder if he knows what or rather who he is carrying on his back!

I hate that too when i get over the songs I really liked at one point. But on the ‘flip side’ makes me also feel I can get over anything no matter how much I might like it today!

And yes, that version of love is quite nice! 🙂 But Fools do rush in 😉
